Jeanne Lamosse, MFA (in Painting)  has over 20 years of teaching experience on the college and university level, teaching several different painting and drawing courses. Currently she is working as a graduate level directed studies advisor for the San Francisco Academy of Art in San Francisco, CA, USA. Throughout her career she has  specialized in working with adults. A highlight in her teaching career was an invitation to teach in Yosemite Valley, for several years, and in Giverny, France where she taught a 10 day painting seminar in Monet’s Garden. She has taught most recently, for several years, at College of Marin in Kentfield, CA. Other experience includes teaching at the University of California, Berkeley, Cal State Pomona, Santa Monica College in Southern California, and in San Francisco at a community studio. She also works on an individual level helping students prepare portfolios for undergraduate and graduate studies in fine art. She is also available for individual critique for an artist of any level of experience.
